I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 10 years delivering, personal training, group exercise, strength & conditioning and weight loss strategies to all types of client, based in Doha, Qatar.

I am a highly qualified, professional trainer who is discreet and can work with anyone in any situation.I have worked internationally with high profile clients; celebrities and people in the public eye ensuring their discretion and needs are dealt with accordingly without affecting the overall goals.

I am well known for my unique motivation and enthusiasm when training clients and keeping them in the right frame of mind, focused determined and most of all smiling.

I am now settled in Doha, Qatar coaching CrossFit at CrossFit Oryx and Personal Training to a wide variety of clientele.

My Background

I served 12 years in the armed forces as a Leading Physical Trainer working with people of all abilities in multiple disciplines and platforms.

My work took me around the world coaching personnel in multiple sports and delivering group exercise using every type of fun physical activity possible.

During my time in the armed forces I continued to develop professionally and worked as a freelance fitness consultant with various companies and magazines.

My disciplined and focused attitude was a product of the time spent in the armed forces and gives me the courage and determination to succeed not only as a professional but in my personal life also.
